This Orange County elementary school project was both renovation and addition and the design team worked in concert to complete a “very sensitive design solution.” While the architects crafted a new addition that complemented the original renovated school, the interiors team developed a materials palette that introduces itself at the exterior entry wall and leads you into the administration lobby and throughout the space. The striking bar pattern on the floor echoes the colored glass panels from the entry, and the cheerful kelly green and periwinkle blue patterns are punctuated with black accents to create a vibrant foundation for this vital learning space.
