This project includes 12,200 sq. ft. of additions and renovations to the existing Osceola County YMCA in order to accommodate a growing demand for additional wellness space. The $1.5 million project doubled the wellness floor space, added a new multi-purpose space and converted the existing multi-purpose space into new locker rooms. Ramski & Company assisted with materials selections, applications and documentation to reflect the YMCA’s new branding program and wellness concentration. The emphasis for the interior was on durability, cleanability and appearance retention to elevate performance and appearance of this high-use facility.
