Ramski & Company provided interior design, finish selections, specifications and documentation for Valencia College’s new campus in the Lake Nona community. This 80,000 sq. ft., $16 million, 3 story innovative classroom/laboratory building is the first project realized within the 23-acre campus master plan. The building wraps around the beautifully landscaped courtyard and the glass inner walls expose the beautiful terrazzo core containing a bookstore, café and library. Also, housed in the building are state of the art classrooms, student services and support spaces, administration offices, and biology, chemistry, anatomy, and earth science labs.
