The Partnership III project is located in the University of Central Florida’s Research Park, just south of the main campus. Aptly named “Partnership” the new building embodies the strong relationship between UCF and Department of Defense resources anchoring the building and houses many high-tech computer labs, several simulation rooms, multiple classrooms and presentation spaces. The project was designed to meet the LEED® Silver certification as a design build. Ramski and Company integrated with the architectural partners early on to define project materiality, design key spaces, document and specify materials, and assist with furniture selections relative to open office systems and public areas.
