This build out on the ground floor of SODO houses two distinct functions sharing a common lobby introductory space. Construction was accomplished by McCree in approximately 6 weeks. The north side of this medical office is largely administrative, housing 43 employees in systems furniture with conferences (2), break room and 7 managerial offices.

The south side of the office serves the general educational needs of the Orlando Health System housing computer and skills labs, 6 large classroom spaces, a simlab area, and a break out area capitalizing on views out to the bustle of SODO, the surrounding urban development. Ramski & Company was responsible for interior design and furniture specification on this project with an extremely tight 8-week timeline.
