Orange County Public Library, 5th Floor Renovation

Ramski & Company provided materials/finish selections and documentation for this full floor renovation of the executive and administrative group of the OCPL. The palette for the finishes is highly compatible with our recent 4th floor renovation, but special attention to detail was given to the restoration and reuse of the existing classic mid-century modern furniture and millwork.

The new terrazzo entry floor strongly connects the 5th floor to other building renovations and feature areas and speaks to the quality of the architectural interior. The common area green wall added to the existing light well is the focal point of the new glass lobby entry wall and reflects the shifting daylight throughout the administration suite. The new interior garden is being enjoyed by all.
