Gainesville Police Department

Ramski & Company performed furniture planning, selection, specification, documentation, pricing and installation supervision as owner’s advocate for the Gainesville Police Department’s new headquarters partnering with Harvard Jolly Architects. The studio provided guidance to Gainesville police force on product selection, then specified and coordinated all product on State contract to ensure the clients retained basis of design for optimum functionality on budget, and assisted on the procurement by the City of Gainesville and supervised installation. This design build project is approximately 40,000 sq. ft. Ramski & Company was proud to be recommended by City of Gainesville project manager Reid Rivers as a “value add” consultant for furniture specification. Ramski & Company worked closely with the Force and Captain Lonnie Scott, Bureau Commander, had this to say about the experience,
