  • Project 55,640 SF, Total for Tower 400,000 SF
  • Contractor:  Brasfield & Gorrie
  • Total Project Cost: $30.2M

AdventHealth Orlando completed construction on the final two floors of the AdventHealth for Women tower. The 8th floor is the Cardiothoracic Progressive Care Unit and 9th floor supports the Advanced Cardiac Surgical Unit. The Ramski & Company interiors team was tasked with keeping the spirit of the original Women’s Tower design concept but modifying the design with lessons learned and special needs of cardiac patients and staff. The design concept draws inspiration from the movement and healing qualities of water and incorporates Biophilic design elements like soft shapes and illumination, with direct and abstract references to nature, to create restful spaces that are welcoming to patients and family and support healing processes. The Interior Design scope included ceiling design (including decorative lighting), materiality and patterning, FF&A selections and specifications, millwork design, and art selectionsThis project was completed in partnership with HuntonBrady Architects.
